"Would you like a name and date on that?"
…So the conversation begins as the customer approaches the counter, ornaments in hand. For more than 25 years we have enjoyed working with our customers; helping them to create special memories. We're confident that our personalizing is sure to please and surprise, as it makes a "nice ornament" into a truly special gift.
We take pride as artists and use the best permanent inks and paint pens available. Each ornament receives special, individualized attention, with hand-lettered calligraphy and is not machine-printed. We take into consideration color, placement, and size of the lettering, creating a gift that will be enjoyed year after year.
The placement and length of writing is determined by space available. Depending on ornament color and material, either black or white ink will be used to write your personalized message. Artist's discretion will be used to create the best-looking ornament possible. Very rarely, certain ornaments cannot be personalized because the texture is too rough or the material will blur the message over time. Ornaments unable to be personalized will be noted in their store description.
