Shipping Policy
Our goal is to fulfill and send in stock items within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Personalization will not add additional time to preparing the shipment. We offer a variety of shipping options, including Priority and Express Mail from the U.S. Postal Service.
The cost of USPS shipping will be added during checkout. Packages will be shipped from Z Name Shop, 1 Beach Street, Ogunquit, ME 03907. Packages are shipped out during business days only, major holidays excluded. If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer with options for a refund or suitable replacement. Please be careful to double check the accuracy of your shipping information to prevent additional shipping charges or delays.
Return/Cancellation Policy
Our goal is your complete and total satisfaction. Our expert calligraphers personalize all ornaments by hand. Color of the ornaments may vary slightly from the photos. We will take care to choose, personalize and pack your ornaments safely.
Sorry, personalized items may not be returned. Please review your personalization information carefully before submitting the order, including rechecking the spelling of names and dates. We cannot accept cancellations or changes once items have been personalized. However in the event you made an error in the spelling or date, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same ornament (if available) for a discount. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service at owner@znameshop.com within 10 days.
If for some reason you are not happy with your non-personalized item, we will accept its return in original saleable condition within 10 days of receiving the order and a refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping. Please contact customer service at owner@znameshop.com for a return authorization number.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
How are the ornaments personalized?
Each ornament can be personalized with name(s) and the date for free. We are expert calligraphers with more than 25 years of experience and use the best available permanent inks and paint pens. Some ornaments have an obvious place for personalizing and some are done with artist discretion.
How long does it take to personalize?
The personalizing is hand done and does not add any extra time to your order. Everything we sell with personalization can be done on the spot at the shop.

Can I order online and pickup at the shop during my next visit?
Absolutely! Our main goal is to keep in touch with our regular customers and to meet new ones. We hope you’ll visit beautiful Ogunquit, Maine and make time for the beach while you’re here.
What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?

What do I do if I made a mistake with the personalizing?
Z Name Shop will be happy to send a replacement of the same ornament (if available) or suitable substitute at a discount. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order or sooner especially if time is an issue. Of course, if we made a mistake, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
When can I visit Z Name Shop?
We are open daily May–October from 10am to 5pm, with extended evening hours late June to Labor Day and long weekends ‘til Christmas. Our shop is seasonal and is closed January to mid-April.
